I am Claire's longest standing student. I have been learning pole fitness for longer than I can remember. I have tried lots of other types of ways to keep fit in the past but pole fitness is the only thing I've ever stuck with it has toned my body in ways I couldn't imagine. I have done 1-1 lessons with Claire and have found them helpful to master some of the more tricky moves and have also attended classes, which I have found to be so much fun. There is always a friendly atmosphere in class and I'm always looking forward to my next lesson. I now also enjoy learning aerial hoop at Claire's to.
Having only had pole lessons for 4 months now, I have never had so much confidence in myself with this amazing sport. Having a job as cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic where I am constantly on shift work, private lessons have not only helped organise my classes but I feel I learn so much more having a 1-1 sessions with Claire.
Claire's method of teaching is second to none! She makes you feel completely at ease and her level of motivation encourages you to do amazingly well! I encourage ANYONE I know to come with me to have a private lesson as Claire's Pole Fitness is simply the best pole school!!!
I have been attending Claire's Pole Fitness for over 2 years now. I have stayed focused on keeping fit and loyal to Claire as I feel she teaches pole in a fun, energetic, hard working, safe and simple way. As each class progresses I feel I am challenged and motivated by Claire, she breaks the moves down so well I know exactly what I need to do and how to do it, therefore I remain confident in my ability and I always feel safe in her class. Claire herself is outstanding, she glides on the pole with such strength and grace I feel truly inspired when I watch her.
I have two small children and I believe pole has helped me maintain a body I am happy with and proud of. The girls that attend the classes are all so nice and fully supportive, I have never been to a class and not had a laugh, each class is packed full of fun, giggles, exercise and progression. Claire's classes definitely have the WOW factor! I have recommend Claire's Pole Fitness numerous times and I will continue to do so.
I totally love being part of Claire's Pole Fitness, the fun I have at Pole puts me on a high and the feeling of achievement leaves me feeling full of excitement for the next class and course.
We joined Claire's Pole Fitness on a recomendation from one of our friends. We were a little nervous at first but Claire and her team could not have been more welcoming, supportive and encouraging. The classes have a fantastic friendly feel with no nasty competition, everyone is always encouraging each other and the double lessons, which we do now, are equally fun filled & are a great workout.
