Let us help you build your confidence, strength, stamina and increase your flexibility all whilst having fun exploring this stylish and challenging form of dance!

Our website will give you all the information you need to know about joining Claire's Pole Fitness, but feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Claire has over 12 years pole dance instructing and performance experience behind her so rest assured you will be in the safest hands possible!

Claire and her instructors are fully qualified first aiders and are fully insured.

Kick start your new fitness regime by coming along to our next FREE TASTER class. These are held once every 6 weeks in Crayford Weights & Fitness. However if a course is not your thing I also offer private tuition in Gravesend.
